We follow all applicable USDA and FDA regulations and are operating under a fully implemented Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) Plan, which meets all requirements set forth in 9 CFR 417 (U.S.) and is reassessed annually or as processes change.

MMI meets the highest level of SQF certification. The Safe, Quality Food Auditing Program (SQF) Is benchmarked by GFSI and certification provides an independent and external validation that product, process, and service comply with international, regulatory and other specified standards. SQF certification enables a food processor to give assurances that food has been produced, prepared and handled according to the highest possible standards. SQF Certification also offers a comprehensive solution which verify and demonstrate that Food Safety and Quality Controls have been effectively implemented, validated and monitored resulting in a strong SQF Program which assures safe products, brand confidence and reassured customers.
